This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by the Product, including but not limited to the core functions of camera scanning and photo album access. It does not apply to third-party services or products linked to the Product (e.g., third-party websites, apps, or tools). For third-party services, their independent privacy policies shall prevail, and we are not liable for their privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to ensure the normal operation of the Product's core functions. No account registration or login is required to use the Product, and we will not collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, or location without your permission. The specific information collected is as follows:

2.1 Information Related to Permissions

To support the Product's scanning and image-related functions, we need to access the following device permissions (you can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time):

Camera Permission: We only access your device's camera when you actively use the scanning function (e.g., scanning QR codes, barcodes). The camera is used solely to capture real-time scanning images, and we do not record, store, or upload camera content unrelated to the scanning process.

Local Album Permission: We only access your device's local album when you voluntarily select images from the album for scanning or related operations (e.g., scanning a QR code saved in the album). We will not access, read, or back up other photos or files in your album that are not related to the Product's functions.

2.2 Scanning Records

When you use the Product's scanning function (whether via camera or album), we will collect and store your scanning records to improve user experience and ensure function continuity. Scanning records include:

• The time of the scan (e.g., "2025-10-24 14:30:00");
• The type of content scanned (e.g., "QR code", "barcode");
• The result of the scan (e.g., "link to a website", "text information", "product code" — we do not collect or store the full content of the linked website or additional data behind the code).

We will not associate scanning records with your personal identity (e.g., device ID, IP address) unless required by law.

3. How We Use Your Information

We only use the collected information for the following purposes, and will not use it for any other purposes without your explicit consent:

3.1 To Provide Core Functions

Use camera and album permissions to enable scanning and image selection, and use scanning records to display historical scan results for your reference (e.g., viewing past QR code scan results).

3.2 To Improve Product Performance

Analyze non-identifiable scanning data (e.g., the frequency of scanning different code types) to optimize the Product's scanning accuracy, speed, and stability. This analysis will not involve any information that can identify you individually.

3.3 To Comply with Legal Obligations

Use or disclose information as required by laws, regulations, judicial decisions, or government regulatory requirements (e.g., responding to a court subpoena or regulatory investigation).

4. Information Storage and Protection

4.1 Storage Location and Period

• Storage Location: All collected information (including scanning records) is stored locally on your device by default. We do not upload or store your personal information on our servers unless required by law or with your explicit permission.
• Storage Period: Scanning records will be stored locally on your device until you actively delete them (e.g., through the "Clear History" function in the Product) or uninstall the Product (uninstalling will permanently delete all local scanning records). We will not retain your information after you stop using the Product.

4.2 Security Protection Measures

We take reasonable technical and management measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction. However, please note that no data transmission or storage method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information, and you should also take precautions (e.g., setting a device password, not sharing your device with others) to protect your information.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes. Information may be disclosed only in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: We will share information with third parties only after obtaining your explicit consent (e.g., sharing scan results with a third-party app at your request).
• For Third-Party Service Provision: If the Product uses third-party tools or services to support core functions (e.g., a third-party scanning algorithm provider), we may share non-identifiable technical data (e.g., anonymized scanning success rate) with such third parties. These third parties are required to comply with this Privacy Policy and relevant laws, and are prohibited from using the data for other purposes.
• Legal Requirements: Disclose information in accordance with laws, regulations, or the requirements of government authorities (e.g., responding to a legal investigation or regulatory order).

6. Your Rights Regarding Personal Information

You have the following rights regarding the information collected by the Product, and we will provide reasonable support to help you exercise these rights:

• Right to Access: You can view your scanning records at any time through the "History" or similar function in the Product.
• Right to Delete: You can delete individual or all scanning records through the Product's built-in function; you can also revoke camera or album permissions through your device settings (revoking permissions may affect the normal use of the Product's core functions).
• Right to Correct: If you find that your scanning records contain incorrect information (e.g., wrong scan time), you can contact us to correct it (contact information is provided in Section 9).
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent to permission access or information collection at any time (e.g., revoking album permission), but this may result in the inability to use certain functions of the Product.

7. Children's Privacy Protection

The Product is not intended for use by children under the age of xx (or the minimum age for using online services as specified by local laws). We will not intentionally collect personal information from children. If we confirm that we have collected information from a child without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete the information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and find that your child has used the Product, please contact us to assist with information deletion.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or the Product's functions. When an update occurs, we will post the revised Privacy Policy in the Product (e.g., in the "Settings > Privacy Policy" section) and mark the "Last Updated" date.
